What is the @Key?

The @Key is a compact, keyring-size digital generator that generates @Key Pins, which are required to login to your Asiasoft Passport and to your MapleSEA game account.This provides a double layer of security, to further secure your digital assets!


@Key Activation

  1. Visit "https://passport.asiasoft.net":https://passport.asiasoft.net
  2. Login with your Login ID and Password
  3. Go to "Account Summary" page
  4. Click "@Key Activation" link in the "My Profile" box
  5. Provide "Device ID", "@Key Pin" and "Captcha", then click "Submit"
  6. @Key Activation is a success

Using @Key in Your Asiasoft Passport

  1. Open the URL in browser https://passport.asiasoft.net
  2. Login with your LoginID and Password
  3. You will see "@Key Pin" request page
  4. Provide "@Key Pin" and click "Login"

Using @Key in the MapleSEA Game Client

  1. Run the Cabal game client
  2. Login with your Game ID and Password
  3. You will see the "OTP" request box
  4. Provide the generated "@Key Pin" and click "OK"

@Key Deactivation

  1. Visit https://passport.asiasoft.net
  2. Login with your Login ID and Password
  3. Go to "Account Summary" page
  4. Click "@Key Deactivation" link in the "My Profile" box
  5. Provide "@Key Pin" and "Captcha", then click "Submit"
  6. @Key Deactivation is a success

@Key FAQs

My @Key is faulty. What can I do?
If you discover that your @Key is faulty upon activation within the first 3 months of purchase, you can make a one-for-one exchange at our Asiasoft office, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Is there a warranty for @Key?
Yes, the warranty is valid for one year upon activation.

My activated @Key has been misplaced. What must I do?
You will need to verify account ownership with Customer Service. Upon successful verification of your Asiasoft Passport account ownership, Customer Service will assist in deactivating the @Key. You can then purchase a new @Key and repeat the activation process.

How long does the @Key battery last for?
With normal usage, the life span of the battery should be 3-5 years.

Can I share my @Key with someone else?
No. Only one @Key can be activated on each Asiasoft Passport.

What accounts are protected by the @Key?
The @Key protects your Asiasoft Passport as well as your Cabal, MapleStory, and Monster Forest accounst.

Does the @Key work like the iBanking token?
The @Key's function is similar - it ensures a more secure login as users will be required to manually key in a numerical authentication code.

How does the @Key suspension in Asiasoft Passport work?
After 5 unsuccessful login attempts on Asiasoft Passport, your user account will be suspended. An email will be sent to you, with a link to verify the user of the Asiasoft Passport ID, Asiasoft Passport Password and Activation Key. You will have to complete the steps to re-activate the Asiasoft Passport account.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty does not cover users' inappropriate handling of device including but not limited to exposure to water and rough handling of device.

I am a Malaysian player and I have bought and received my @Key, but it is faulty. Where do I go to make the one-for-one exchange?
Mail in the following to do an exchange:

  1. Faulty @Key
  2. A photocopy of your NRIC or student card
  3. Printout of iBox message
  4. List down your Asiasoft Passport login ID, mailing address, and email address

Please mail the above to:

How to De-activate your @Key
In order to de-activate your @key, kindly send the following details to verification@asiasoftsea.net with the subject “Request to de-activate @key” using your Asiasoft Passport registered email.

  1. Asiasoft Passport Login ID
  2. @key ID / Device ID

Once we receive the information, we will forward it to the relevant department to de-activate the @key from your Asiasoft Passport account

Please note that your case will be closed if you do not respond within 7 days.

Alternatively, you may also send a scanned colour image of the registered National ID and @key device (clearly showing the device ID) for verification and de-activation.

Please take note that all @keys will only be de-activated after successful verification.
