Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive deep dive evaluation of potential games
  • Launching of new games (mobile and PC)
  • Strategize, develop and implement creative marketing plans for awareness, conversion and retention
  • Perform data analysis and analyze game metrics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Understand and manage closely with community
  • Formulate and implement effective community engagement activities
  • Always be aware of market needs and gather market intelligence, tirelessly promote and champion the game(s) in a fast paced environment
  • Work with partners and/or regional teams to implement marketing campaigns to increase conversions as well as to engage and retain players
  • Support Product Manager to drive KPIs and Targets to achieve goals

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • 1 year experience and preferably in the online gaming industry
  • Good written, presentation and communications skills
  • High proficiency in excel preferred
  • Basic Photoshop and HTML knowledge
  • Knowledge of Social Media know-how
  • Preferably able to start work immediately
