Position Available : [WS] Customer Service Officer (MY)
Location: Kuala Lumpur – Mid Valley
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via walk-in / customer support systems / emails.
- Provide customer support in terms of account verification, redemption and other transactional matters.
- Observant and able to pick up on problem trends.
- Consolidation of timely reports.
- Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the customer service industry, call centre or frontline retail environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Available for shift work.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer and internet literate.
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment and under intense pressure.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
