Position Available : [WS] Product Executive (SG & MY)
Job Description
– Report to Senior Product Executive and Product Manager.
- Perform Game Bug testing & responsible for Testing Phases Report
- Produce Game Content fact sheet based new content launch.
- Monitor community forum and gather community feedback on a frequent basis.
- Provide Customer Service to the community via Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Assist Product Specialist in Product Support/ game planning support associating with Game recruitment, recalling, retaining & Refill
- Involvement in Events (Online & Offline)
- Support Marketing campaign for respective games.
- Ad hoc duties
Requirement
– GCE ‘O’ levels or above is preferred.
- 1 – 2 working experience in customer service industry will be an advantage.
- Must be Internet Savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Able to interact well via online media.
- Willing to work under stress and able to multi-task.
- Able to work on shift duties.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
