Asiasoft Celebrates Youth and Gaming with Launch of @CLUB

- Southeast Asia’s leading online games publisher opens the doors of its first exclusive clubhouse to engage youths within its gaming community and launch of Grand Chase Season 2 -



26 April 2008, Singapore – AsiaSoft Online Pte Ltd (“AsiaSoft”), the leading publisher of Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs) in Southeast Asia, opened the doors of its exclusive gaming clubhouse, @Club, at MY.PLAYGround, Suntec City today. With a refreshingly bright and lively atmosphere, @Club is set to become a safe second home for youths within AsiaSoft’s community of gamers in Singapore.

@Club serves up a bevy of service and facilities to meet the needs of young gamers, such as private, multi-purpose rooms for study sessions and chilling out with friends, free Wi-Fi and several computers for free use! Visitors will also earn special in-game bonuses when playing AsiaSoft games at the @Club. Gamers can also look forward to events, mini competitions and workshops to be held within the @Club premises in the future.

“We are very privileged to have so much support from our gamers all these years, and opening the @Club is our way of thanking and providing them with a clean and safe environment to enjoy games with their friends,” said Sherman Tan, Chairman of Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd. “We are also deeply committed to providing quality customer support, coupled with a personal touch and the @Club is an extension of this quality service that we hope to provide all our gamers.” 

AsiaSoft was the first online games publisher to set up a physical customer service centre in Singapore, and has since carried this facility over to the @Club for gamers to receive game and account support, as well as to redeem prizes won at AsiaSoft events and contests.

To mark the opening of @Club, AsiaSoft also unveils Grand Chase Season 2 (http://www.GrandChaseSEA.com), the much awaited follow-up to popular MMOG Grand Chase that has drawn over 100,000 players since its recent Season 1 launch.  At the same time, Asiasoft is rewarding the community as part of the bonding effort with of limited edition of MapleStory posters.  Players can, at no cost, redeem one of the four specially designed prints with 5 used Pre-Paid Card (PPC) at the @CLUB. 

“Grand Chase has proven to be very popular amongst our younger gamers, especially those who are taking their first steps towards computer and video games,” Sherman added. “We’re pleased to finally bring Grand Chase Season 2 to them, and with the redemption of limited edition of MapleStory posters, we felt it was the perfect reward to accompany the launch of our @Club, in our celebration of the energy and vibrancy of youth!”

@Club is located at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #03-29C/29D, Suntec City MY.PLAYGround. Its operational hours are from 11.00am to 8.00pm daily, and is open on public holidays.
