Asiasoft Online Celebrates MapleSEA’s Third Year Anniversary with “Triple Treats” Outdoor Event

29 June 2008, Singapore – AsiaSoft Online Pte Ltd (“AsiaSoft”), the leading publisher of Massively-Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs) in Southeast Asia, rejoiced and celebrated as its most successful casual gaming title, MapleSEA (http://www.MapleSEA.com), turned three on 29th June, 2008! To commemorate the third year anniversary of the beloved free-to-play 2D MMO, AsiaSoft lavished all Maplers with a triple load of goodies at the “Triple Treats” outdoor birthday bash.

Held at the bustling Suntec City Tropics Atrium, the event grounds were transformed into a magical MapleSEA world where fantasy heroes and characters were brought to life with a carnival of games and endless activities. Symbolic and larger-than-life birthday candles were the centre of attention, marketing the special occasion of MapleSEA’s third year anniversary. And as with any birthday celebration, there were gifts galore, as players exchanged their used A-Cash Prepaid Cards for several exclusive MapleSEA premiums such as plush toys and stationery.

One of the unforgettable highlights of “Triple Treats” bash was the “Maple 3 Race”, held in conjunction with AsiaSoft’s “Gamers Love Sports” initiative to support cyber-wellness and healthy lifestyle habits. Teams of Maplers were invited to participate in this physically demanding challenge, which saw them racing across Suntec City to perform special tasks and to collect MapleSEA items to ace the race. The lucky winners walked away with exclusive birthday premiums and were invited to grace the birthday cake cutting ceremony alongside top executives from AsiaSoft and NEXON Corporation, the Korean game developers behind MapleSEA.

Other features of the “Triple Treats” event included the ”Maple Turns 3” stage memory games, the ”Fr33 Market”, a “Special 3treat Auction” and the final “Lucky 3 Draw”. Lucky Maplers who scored a rare Golden Ticket with their purchase of MapleSEA A-Cash Prepaid Cards, enjoyed luxurious VIP access to the “Fr33 Market”, where they got to pick and choose the MapleSEA premiums they wished to redeem. Winners of the grand “Lucky 3 Draw” walked away with a slew of attractive prizes including Casio digital cameras, Razer computer peripherals and Dell laptops!
