Asiasoft Passport

1. What is an Asiasoft Passport account?

  • An Asiasoft Passport account is a unified gamer account that lets you access all of our games and services.

2. Does my Asiasoft Passport LoginID work for all of your games?

  • No. You have to log on into your Asiasoft Passport and create separate LoginIDs for the games that you wish to play.

3. How many Asiasoft Passport accounts can I create?

  • Each user is only allowed to create ONE Asiasoft Passport account and register it with a valid National ID and a valid email account.

4. I think I misspelled my email address during registration. I can't receive the code to verify my email address and start using my account. Can I change the address?

  • If you have misspelled your email address during account registration, you must create a new account, but you will not be able to use the same LoginID.

5. Can I delete my Asiasoft Passport account?

  • No. Once an account has been created, it cannot be deleted from the system's database.

6. How is wiping and deletion of Asiasoft Passport accounts different?

  • Asiasoft Passport accounts cannot be deleted. A wipe refers to erasing the registered particulars as well as imposing a permanent suspension to the account.

7. Can I reactivate a permanently suspended account?

  • No. Accounts with permanent suspension status are not eligible for reactivation.
