1. Help! I can't login into my Asiasoft Passport account.
- Please send a report to us using the iBox or email us at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your Asiasoft Passport LoginID for further assistance.
2. I entered wrong password for my Asiasoft Passport account and now it's suspended. Help!
- You may reactivate your account by going to https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_request_reactivationcode.aspx to get a reactivation code which will be sent to your registered email account. After you have received the code, please proceed to https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_account_reactivation.aspx to reactivate your account.
3. I reactivated my account but it is still restricted. What's going on?
- Please submit a report through the iBox for further assistance, providing your Asiasoft Passport LoginID.
4. Help! I forgot my Asiasoft account's password.
- You may request for a password reset by going to https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_account_resetpassword.aspx - a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.
5. I forgot my Asiasoft Passport LoginID. How do I retrieve it?
- You may retrieve your Asiasoft Passport LoginID by going to https://passport.asiasoft.net/general/ap_account_forgot_login.aspx - the information will be sent to your registered email address.
6. But I forgot my National ID number.
- Please submit a retrieval request by emailing us your Asiasoft Passport LoginID and a scanned color copy of your National ID. Our officers will provide further assistance upon receiving your request.
7. What if I forgot my email address?
- Kindly email us a scanned color copy of both sides of your National ID so that we may assist you to retrieve your registered information.
8. Can I change my registered email address?
- You may request for your email address to be updated by emailing us a scanned color copy of the National ID which is registered to the Asiasoft Passport that you wish to change email address, the LoginID of the Passport account and the new email address that you wish to use. We will not process any request for email address update if the National ID and registered particulars do not match.
