Account Issues

1. Help! I can't login into my Asiasoft Passport account.

2. I entered wrong password for my Asiasoft Passport account and now it's suspended. Help!

3. I reactivated my account but it is still restricted. What's going on?

  • Please submit a report through the iBox for further assistance, providing your Asiasoft Passport LoginID.

4. Help! I forgot my Asiasoft account's password.

5. I forgot my Asiasoft Passport LoginID. How do I retrieve it?

6. But I forgot my National ID number.

  • Please submit a retrieval request by emailing us your Asiasoft Passport LoginID and a scanned color copy of your National ID. Our officers will provide further assistance upon receiving your request.

7. What if I forgot my email address?

  • Kindly email us a scanned color copy of both sides of your National ID so that we may assist you to retrieve your registered information.

8. Can I change my registered email address?

  • You may request for your email address to be updated by emailing us a scanned color copy of the National ID which is registered to the Asiasoft Passport that you wish to change email address, the LoginID of the Passport account and the new email address that you wish to use. We will not process any request for email address update if the National ID and registered particulars do not match.
