1. What is @Gamer Membership about?
- This is a a rewarding membership that entitles its holders to privileges at affiliated @Cafes in Singapore. They may use their @Gamer pass for selected benefits at participating / affiliated @Cafes.
2. What is an @Cafe?
- @Cafes are cybercafes that have exclusive rights to special ingame bonuses known as IP Bonus. @Gamers will enjoy additional privileges and benefits over non-@Gamers who play at the participating @Cafes.
3. How do I apply for the membership card?
- You can apply for the membership card through your Asiasoft passport. Click on the @Gamer icon and follow the instructions on the registration page. Alternatively, you may apply on-site at our events.
4. Do I need to pay for the membership?
- Yes, you will need to use 10,000 @Cash to apply. When there are offline events like roadshows, GameFest or cybercafe events, on-site registration will be available. You will need to pay SGD$10.70 for on-site application and the card will be issued immediately.
5. How long does it take to process the application?
- For applications through the Asiasoft passport, please allow seven (7) working days for processing. For on-site events, the card will be issued immediately upon full payment at the Asiasoft booth.
6. How do I collect my membership card?
- Once your application has been approved, the @Gamer card will be mailed to your address. For those who apply for the card at our event booth you will receive it immediately.
7. Can my Friends use my membership card?
- No. This card is non-transferable. You will need to produce a photo ID for verification when you wish to use the card at any participating @Cafe.
8. I have lost my card. What should I do?
- You will need to inform Asiasoft about the loss by lodging an official report through iBox. After making a report, you will receive instructions via email to verify that you have lost the @Gamer card. Once the loss has been verified you can log in to your AP Account again to register for a new card at the price of 10,000 @Cash. You can only purchase a total of two (2) cards per year.
9. Is there any replacement fee for the lost of card?
- Yes, you will have to purchase a replacement card at 10,000 @Cash.
10. Will my @Gamer membership expire?
- Yes. The @Gamer pass is only valid for one year. After the expiry period, you are required to make another new registration/purchase at 10,000 @Cash.
11. Can I use my @Gamer pass at @Cafes in Malaysia?
- No. At the moment, this service is only available at participating @Cafes in Singapore.
