1. What is the @Key?
- The @Key is a compact, keyring-size digital generator that generates @Key Pins, which are required to login to your Asiasoft Passport and to your MapleSEA game account.This provides a double layer of security, to further secure your digital assets
2. Where can I purchase the @Key?
- You may purchase an @Key by clicking on the "Purchase @Key" link found in your Asiasoft Passport account.
3. My @Key is faulty. What can I do?
- If you discover that your @Key is faulty upon activation within the first 3 months of purchase, you can make a one-for-one exchange at our Asiasoft office, from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
4. Is there a warranty for @Key?
- Yes, the warranty is valid for one year upon activation.
5. My activated @Key has been misplaced. What must I do?
- You will need to verify account ownership with Customer Service. Upon successful verification of your Asiasoft Passport account ownership, Customer Service will assist in deactivating the @Key. You can then purchase a new @Key and repeat the activation process.
6. How long does the @Key battery last for?
- With normal usage, the life span of the battery should be 3-5 years.
7. Can I share my @Key with someone else?
- No. Only one @Key can be activated on each Asiasoft Passport.
8. What accounts are protected by the @Key?
- The @Key protects your Asiasoft Passport as well as your Cabal, MapleStory, Aika and XW Online accounts.
9. Does the @Key work like the iBanking token?
- The @Key's function is similar - it ensures a more secure login as users will be required to manually key in a numerical authentication code.
10. How does the @Key suspension in Asiasoft Passport work?
- After 5 unsuccessful login attempts on Asiasoft Passport, your user account will be restricted for duration of 30 minutes, it will be automatically re-activated after the duration stated.
11. What does the warranty cover?
- The warranty does not cover users' inappropriate handling of device including but not limited to exposure to water and rough handling of device.
12. I am a Malaysian player and I have bought and received my @Key, but it is faulty. Where do I go to make the one-for-one exchange?
- Mail in the following for an exchange to our address at : AS Online Sdn. Bhd., Suite 21.01, Level 21, Menara IGB, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
1) Faulty @Key device
2) A photocopy of your National ID
3) Your Asiasoft Passport login ID, mailing address, and email address
13. How can I De-activate my @Key?
- In order to de-activate your @key, kindly send the following details to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the subject “Request to de-activate @key” using your Asiasoft Passport registered email.
1) Asiasoft Passport Login ID
2) @key ID / Device ID
Once we receive the information, we will forward it to the relevant department to de-activate the @key from your Asiasoft Passport account.
