3. Can I use credit card to purchase @Cash via eNETS?
- Currently Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd only supports Direct Debit Cards issued by bank for purchase of @Cash via eNETS
4. What is the difference between a Credit Card and a Debit Card?
- A Credit Card allows a consumer to access funds in a credit line set aside for that user.
A Debit Card is a payment card whose funds are withdrawn directly from the cardholder's banking account.
5. What are the minimum browser specifications required to make payments online via eNETS?
- eNETS has been tested to support the following Internet Browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
- Netscape
- Firefox
- Safari
6. Why am I getting Transaction Incomplete error during payment?
- You may have entered the wrong credit card number, CVV or expiry date.
7. What is a settled payment?
- A settled payment is a payment that has been settled to the merchant by the acquirer.
8. Why do I have a problem submitting credit / Debit card details on eNETS Credit Card entry page? (e.g. textbox not enabled)
- You may not have the latest Java platform working for you.
To resolve this issue, download the latest Java plug-in at http://java.com/en/index.jsp
To enable Scripting of Java Applets, following these steps:- For IE 5.0 or higher - Click Tools -> Internet Options -> Security (tab)
- Click Internet -> Click Custom Level
- Scroll down until Scripting of Java Applets
- Click enable- Click ok to exit dialog box
9. Why do I have a problem submitting credit / Debit card details on eNETS Credit / Debit Card entry page after I have installed the latest Java plug-in?
- Clear the java plug-in cache to ensure that the browser loads the latest versions of Java applications and applets.
Open Java console.- Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Java.
- At the General Tab, under "Temporary Internet Files" section, click on Settings.
- In the pop-up window, check both the check boxes and click the OK button.
If clearing Java plug-in cache did not solve the problem, you should also clear your browser's cache.
In Internet Explorer:- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools in the upper toolbar.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click the General tab
- Click Delete under "Browsing History".
- Click Delete Files under "Temporary Internet Files".
- Click Yes on the Delete Files dialog box.
- Click Close and then OK.
- Exit and re-launch the browser.
In Netscape:- Open Netscape.
- Click Tools in the upper toolbar and select Options.
- Select Privacy under Options on the left side of the screen.
- Click Cache.
- Click Clear Cache.
- Click Clear.
- Click OK.
- Exit and re-launch the browser.
In Firefox:- Open Firefox.
- Click Tools in the upper toolbar and select Clear Private Data.
- Check the Cache option
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
- Exit and re-launch the browser.
In Safari:- Open Safari.
- Click on Safari in the upper toolbar and Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty on the Are you sure message box.
- Exit and re-launch the browser.
10. I need Customer Support assistance due to missing transaction / technical support
- Ensure that you have the following information for ease of error reporting
- Your Transaction ID
- Your Internet Banking ID
- Date and time when error occurred
- The error message(s) or describe the screen you encountered
- Name of Bank
- The Operating System (Windows, Macintosh, Unix) you are using
- Browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator)
- Your contact number during office hours
