1. Why do I need an Asiasoft Forums account?
- An Asiasoft Forums account is required to post and contribute in the forums. However if you wish to surf the forums only, a forum account will not be necessary.
2. How can I create a Asiasoft Forums account?
- You do not need an AsiaSoft Passport prior to creating a forums account! Simply access here for the registration form.
Email verification is required before you are granted full access into the AsiaSoft Forums.
3. I did not receive any activation code after creating my Asiasoft Forums Account!
- Check your Junk / Bulk folder; some mail providers deem Asiasoft e-mails as spam and are auto-filtered away.
If you are certain that you did not receive any e-mails from Asiasoft Forums, you can request for another activation email from http://forums.asiasoftsea.net/register.php?do=requestemail
4. I encountered this error message 'Invalid Username or Password' while logging into the forums! What should I do?
- To log into your forums account, you have to use your forums username and not your AsiaSoft Passport ID. The password may not be same as your AsiaSoft Passport login details (dependent on your configuration).
Do note that you have to create a forums account before you can use any of its functions.
5. I lost my password, what can I do?
- If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link on any page that requires you to fill in your password. This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, and an email will be sent to that address instantly, with instructions for resetting your password.
6. Can I create more than one Asiasoft Forums account?
- Each player is only entitled to create one forums account. The Asiasoft Forums Moderators will conduct regular checks to remove any forums accounts that are suspected to be created for any malicious purposes.
7. Can I change my Asiasoft Forums username?
- Changing of forums usernames is not possible. So pick your name wisely!
Offensive and inappropriate nicknames will be liable for a permanent forums suspension with or without warning.
8. Can I delete my Asiasoft Forums account?
- Deletion of forum accounts is not possible.
9. My Asiasoft Forums account is suspended for no reason! What should I do?
- Forums accounts will only be suspended if they violate the Asiasoft Forums Guidelines or if the forums account(s) is / are creating solely for spamming purposes.
You can access your detailed warnings and allocated points by accessing your User Profile.
Forums accounts suspension is permanent, and there is no way for forum members to get back their suspended accounts (appeals will not be entertained). So please cherish your forums account. Do not abuse it!
10. The Moderator just warned me for no reason.
- The Asiasoft Forums Moderators will only issue warnings if you violate the Asiasoft Forums Guidelines. Please visit the Forum website for details.
11. Please suspend / ban this forum member!
- If you find any abusive signatures, pornography, profane language, insolent threads or other actions that violate the Asiasoft Forums Guidelines, please report them using the 'Report' button (
) at the top right corner of the post.
The Asiasoft Forums Moderators will try their best to review the reported posts in the shortest time possible.
12. Someone is spamming in the Asiasoft Forums! OMG!
- If you notice any spammers in the forums attempting to disrupt the community, kindly use the 'Report' button () found at the top of every post.
Also, do not reply to the spammers by posting 'spammer reported', 'stop spamming!', etc. By responding to them, you are indirectly spamming and encouraging the culprits to spam more.
The active Moderator(s) will take proceed to take action in the fastest time possible.
Please be aware that AsiaSoft Online will not hesitate to report to the local authorities if the spamming is severe.
