Step 2: Screen displaying the current promotion of Asiaosft Product with SAM. Click on “OK” to proceed

Step 3: Key in your Email Address and click “OK”
(*Note: PIN will be send to the Email Address provided)

Step 4: Select the amount of @Cash that you wish to purchase, click on “OK” and it will proceed onto your summary of purchase

Step 5: Summary of purchase, click “OK” to continue
(*Note: Please check that all the details is correct before continue)

Step 6: Summary of total amount payable. Click on “OK’ to proceed to payment.

Step 7: Click on “NETS” as the mode of payment to continue.

Step 8: Please insert and remove your ATM card

Step 9: Key in your card PIN number

Step 10: Processing information of inserted card

Step 11: Processing payment via NETS

Step 12: Purchase Success
Customer can choose to “NO” or continue to perform a direct crediting of the purchased @Cash into their account by clicking on “YES”
(*Note: Proceed on to Step 13 and beyond for guides on “Assist Topup”)

Step 12a: For users whom have selected “NO” for TOP-UP. SAM will proceed to print out receipt of purchase

Step 12b: Transaction Success

Step 13: Key in your Asiasoft Passport / PlayPark / @Global login ID and click “OK”

Step 14: Select the desired platform which contained your login ID as entered in step 12

Step 15: Summary of direct crediting to your account, to confirm the top up click on “OK”
(*Note: Please check carefully before confirm as this process is irreversible)

Step 16: Direct crediting to account successful and click on “OK”

Step 17: SAM processing of printing out receipt of purchase

Step 18: Transaction Success
